BENGALURU: The Karnataka high court will hear on Saturday, the petition filed by Raghaveshwara Bharathi Swamiji of Ramachandrapura mutt.
The seer, who is facing rape charge, has prayed the court to quash the notice issued to him by the CID on on September 21, 2015. The CID, which is investigating the case had directed him to appear for conducting those medical examinations which are pending.
The seer, who had already undergone medical examination contends that the investigating agency cannot compel him to undergo further tests without the obtaining the permission of the court.
According to him, he had already declared that he is a potent man and as such the physical examination of his genitalia and other related tests are not necessary.
